3 CO Dept. Of Corrections Employees Test Positive For Coronavirus
As of Friday, no inmates had tested positive for the new coronavirus, the Colorado Department of Corrections said.

Three Colorado Department of Corrections employees have tested positive for the new coronavirus, the department confirmed Friday. One of the employees works at the Denver Reception and Diagnostic Center, but hasn't been in the center for a week.
Another employee works at the Sterling Correctional Facility, but hasn't been there in several days, officials said. A parole officer from the facility also tested positive, but doesn't work inside the prison, the department confirmed Thursday.
As of Friday afternoon, no inmates had tested positive for COVID-19.

The department is investigating the cases and notifying anyone who the staff members may have had contact with.
