Broomfield Moose No Longer Loose
The moose was tranquilized and moved to a moose-friendly area.

A moose on the loose in Broomfield is loose no more. It was a bit of drama Monday morning as the moose wandered in the area of the mall near US 36 and Flatiron Crossing.
Officials from Colorado Parks and Wildlife were called to the scene and found the moose in some trees near the Flatiron Crossing shopping center.
He was tranquilized and, once he fell asleep, was trucked out of the area.

They believe he's about two years old and just last week had wandered into Arvada.
