Colorado Bill Encouraging Condo Development Heads To Governor

The governor has already voiced support for the bill, which makes it harder for builders to be sued over construction issues.

The bill, which Governor Hickenlooper has voiced strong support for, states that a homeowners association can only go to court against a builder for perceived construction flaws if more than half the owners in the complex agree.

The governor is expected to sign the bill as early as Friday
