Free Landlord-Tenant Clinics Offered In Steamboat Springs
Two free clinics will take place this month to provide information on legal issues in landlord-tenant relationships.

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO -- Legal representatives from the Access To Justice Committee in Grand, Moffat and Routt counties will offer two free legal workshops on landlord-tenant relationships.
Both clinics will be held at the United Methodist Church at 736 Oak Street in Steamboat Springs.
The first clinic is set for Monday, May 14, from noon to 1 p.m. and again from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. It will cover written lease agreements for tenants, landlords and roommates; security deposits; and eviction issues.

The second clinic on Monday, May 21, also will run from noon to 1 p.m. and again from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., covering giving notice to end a tenancy; security deposits; and the eviction process.
