Arvada City Services Update: What's Open, Closed
City of Arvada services and buildings are reopening in phases. Here's an updated list of what you can expect.

ARVADA, CO — While most Arvada city services continue to be offered remotely, some buildings and services have been reopened. City officials continue to work with public health officials to determine the safest approaches to the reopening process.
Many upcoming events, classes and activities have been canceled.
The city has posted the following list of updates:

- Municipal Court Services: The Arvada Municipal Court is open as of May 11. Visit the Municipal Court webpage for more information. If you are scheduled for a court appearance, a city representative will call you to reschedule your court date, or you can contact the court to reschedule.
- Passport Services: Passport services have been suspended until further notice. The Arvada Post Office offers this service, but you have to schedule an appointment at 303-432-2092.
- Special Event Permits: Special event permits available online through eTRAKiT.
- Arvada Reservoir: The reservoir is open. Visit the webpage for guidelines.
- Basketball courts are open, but players are asked to wear masks and adhere to social distancing rules (no more than 10 people gathered, 6 feet apart).
- Disc Golf areas are open. Players are asked to follow recommendations on masks and social distancing.
- Dog Parks are open but people need to wear masks and follow social distancing guidelines.
- Olde Town Water Fountain: Opening is yet to be determined.
- Park Pavilion Rentals are available online.
- Parks, Trails and Open Space and playground equipment, play courts, pavilions and picnic tables are now open. Visitors are asked to follow social distancing recommendations. Note: All field rentals are permitted through the Apex PRD, which is currently permitting fields for up to 25 people. Contact the Apex directly.
- Ralston Central Splash Pad: Opening is yet to be determined.
- Skate Parks/areas are open. Skaters are asked to follow social distancing guidelines.
- Arvada Festivals: All festivals hosted by the City of Arvada Festivals Commission are postponed until further notice.
- Bike Recycling Event: Postponed until September.
- Bike to Work Day: Postponed until September.
- Fishing Contest: Will be held virtually.
- Trails Day: Canceled. May offer virtual events.
- Equestrian Facilities: The Indoor equestrian facility is closed. The outdoor equestrian facility is open.
- Golf: West Woods and Lake Arbor golf courses are open for limited golf play. Visit their websites for updated information.
