Arvada City Council considers increase for water, stormwater and sewer rates (arvadapress.com) — Arvada City Council is weighing 2027 increases to water, wastewater and stormwater bills that could raise typical monthly costs by about $10–$12 to fund major infrastructure projects. Councilmembers favor the fully funded option but stress conservation, with formal readings and a public hearing on the rate changes scheduled for October. 
2. - Another picture from the dark and stormy day in RMNP last weekend.
This was taken right at sunset (based on the picture, you'll just have to trust me). But I did get the rainbow picture, so that made up for the lack… (Nextdoor Leyden Rock) - One of my toilets is leaking around the bottom & on to the floor.
I don't know where to begin to figure out the problem. I thought I should just turn the valve off so it would quit leaking and maybe save the floor… (Nextdoor Sierra Vista)
