Instead, the city will first focus on improving the underused RTD Olde Town Transit Hub garage and overall accessibility, while staff analyze 4,000 survey responses and refine ideas like a possible "first hours free" approach. 
• Badger Meter sells utilities a water meter that restricts service remotely (kimmonson.com) — Every Arvada water customer is getting a new smart meter tied to Badger Meter's EyeOnWater app, with installations running through late 2027 or early 2028. The story explains how these meters can support remote flow control, outlines Colorado's current protections against remote shutoffs for gas and electric but not water, and raises privacy and billing concerns highlighted by local advocates.
