Join the University of Colorado Movement Disorders Center for the annual Rocky Mountain Huntington's Disease Family Education Day, with this year's theme, "Living Well Today with Huntington's Disease," focusing on practical strategies, education, and support for individuals and families affected by Huntington's disease.

Attendees will hear from experts on key topics, including the latest Huntington's disease research updates, nutrition and eating well with HD, staying active and moving well, preventing unplanned hospitalizations, and supporting emotional well-being. We are also pleased to welcome board members from the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Huntington's Disease Society of America (HDSA), who will share updates and community resources.

This free event offers a valuable opportunity to connect with the local Huntington's disease community, including patients, care partners, families, advocates, and healthcare providers. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and the day will conclude with an ice cream social, giving attendees additional time to socialize and build connections.

Registration is encouraged to help us plan for meals and attendance. We look forward to spending the day with you and your family.
