• Brodies to leave Berthoud for Arkansas (berthoudsurveyor.com) — Berthoud residents are saying goodbye to Tiffany and Mark Brodie, who are moving to northwest Arkansas after several impactful years of local service. Tiffany transformed Berthoud Habitat for Humanity’s staff and vision, while Mark served on the Planning Commission and Board of Trustees. Leadership is passing to Bryant Robertson, and the Brodies plan frequent visits as family remains in town.
