Investigators say the man fired first from a truck officers believed was involved in a drug deal, and he later died at the hospital after being shot and given first aid.
   

4. Mostly dry conditions throughout the day on Tuesday with a cold front in the evening (koaa.com) — Colorado Springs will start Tuesday in the upper 50s and warm into the low 90s before a cold front arrives this evening, bringing only a slight chance of showers in eastern El Paso County. Surrounding areas from Pueblo to Woodland Park and the Tri-Lakes will also be hot, with storms and cooler temperatures becoming more likely on Wednesday and Thursday.
   

5.
