Suspect Arrested In Colorado Springs Airport Homicide
Police arrested William Camacho, Jr. in Pueblo County Wednesday night. Camacho is wanted for shooting a man and woman near the airport.

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO -- Homicide suspect William Camacho, Jr., 34, was taken into custody Wednesday night following a high speed pursuit which ended in a crash, Colorado Spring police announced Thursday.
Camacho was identified as the suspect in the shooting death which occurred on April 22, 2018, in the 5100 block Airport Road. Police responding to a parking lot near the airport Sunday night around 9:15 p.m. found a man with serious gunshot wounds and a woman with "obvious trauma and no signs of life," according to a statement. The injured man was taken to a hospital.
The woman was not yet identified by the El Paso County coroner's office.
