• Police uncovered pound of meth in vehicle after traffic stop (westernslopenow.com) — A 19-year-old driver was arrested after Delta police say they found about a pound of suspected methamphetamine during a May 23 traffic stop near Highway 50 and 1400 Lane. The man was booked into Delta County Jail on distribution and possession charges as officers emphasize their focus on keeping illegal narcotics off local streets.
