Tunnel to Towers Foundation’s 25th Anniversary of 9/11 Tour Stop Featuring a Steel Beam from the WTC

Join the Tunnel to Towers Foundation for a free, public, and special community event commemorating the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.

For one day only, a 21-foot, 16,900-pound steel beam recovered from the South Tower of the World Trade Center will be on display at the Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum in Denver. This sacred artifact offers a rare opportunity to reflect, remember, and honor the lives lost and the heroes who answered the call on 9/11.

Held at the historic site of the former Lowry Air Force Base, the event will feature retired FDNY firefighters who responded to the attacks, as well as Stephen Siller Jr., whose father, fallen firefighter Stephen Siller, gave his life after running through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel in more than 60 pounds of gear to reach the World Trade Center and help others.

The event is free and open to the public. Families, veterans, first responders, students, and community members are encouraged to attend as we come together to remember those we lost, honor those who served, and ensure the legacy of 9/11 is never forgotten.
