Coronavirus Update In Denver: 1,468 Cases, 61 Deaths

DENVER — As of Wednesday afternoon, 1,468 cases of the new coronavirus were confirmed in the City and County of Denver. Compared to other counties in Colorado, Denver continues to report the highest number of cases, according to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

There have been 61 deaths in Denver, health officials confirmed.

According to government data posted Wednesday afternoon, there were 8,280 cases of the new coronavirus in Colorado among 40,533 people who have been tested. There were 1,636 people hospitalized, and 357 deaths were confirmed.
