Missing 13-year-old girl last seen north of Denver (denverpost.com) — A 13-year-old girl, Jody Hunt, is missing after she was last seen around midnight near the 3100 block of West 68th Avenue in Denver, just north of the city in Adams County. Authorities say she may still be on foot and are urging anyone who spots her or has information to immediately call 911 or the Adams County Sheriff's Office at 303-288-1535.

Faith With Its Sleeves Rolled Up: Inside Major Nesan Kistan's Mission in Denver — The Denver VOICE (denvervoice.org) — Denver residents facing homelessness, addiction, or hunger may recognize Major Nesan Kistan's Salvation Army programs that now serve thousands across the city. 4. Airplane flies low over Denver and returns to DIA after blown tire (9news.com) — A SkyWest flight out of Denver International Airport circled the Denver metro for about an hour Sunday after a suspected blown tire, flying low over neighborhoods like Sloan's Lake before landing safely. Passengers described an unusually loud, bumpy flight as pilots burned fuel and kept the landing gear down, while federal investigators now work to determine what caused the tire failure.
   

5. 'What's The Cat's Name?' – Garth Brooks Took An Interesting Song Request From A Fan During Colorado Tour Stop (whiskeyriff.com) — Denver country fans just got a memorable moment from Garth Brooks' tour stop, when he spotted a sign promising a cat named Zephyr that he'd sing "Wrapped Up In You." Brooks chatted with the fan, delivered the request in the arena's intimate setup, and the exchange later went viral—complete with the owner confirming Zephyr is named after the Denver Zephyrs.
