The woman said she "remembered having a couple of shots and a couple of beers" during her date with Leon-Alvarez, and he brought her home around midnight.

"She tried to say goodnight at the door. She did not remember how he ended up coming in the house," according to the affidavit. The woman said she "was trying to push him off of her, while telling him no and to please stop."

The woman's roommate was at home and heard her say goodnight to Leon-Alvarez through a doorbell camera. The roommate then heard the woman "say no and please stop" several times, according to the affidavit.

Leon-Alvarez was taken into custody Friday and appeared in court Saturday morning.
