YogaSix at Northfield is owned and operated by local entrepreneurs and married couple Bryce and Carol McTavish. Bryce worked in advertising and marketing for 35 years and Carol was a nurse for 23 years before they began looking into opening a business together. After discovering YogaSix, Bryce and Carol knew it would be a great fit for the community and provide a yoga experience unique to Denver.
“YogaSix brings a fresh approach to yoga and we’re looking forward to giving our members a community where they can focus on themselves,” said Bryce. “We have the opportunity to change lives and positively impact the community around us, which is why we are very excited to open our doors.” This is their first studio, with plans to open two more in the Denver area.

A variety of yoga classes are offered at YogaSix that will encompass everything from deep stretching to stress relief to high intensity training. Offering six core formats – Y6 101, Y6 Restore, Y6 Slow Flow, Y6 Hot, Y6 Power and Y6 Sculpt Flow – that will cater to every fitness level and strengthen the mind-body connection. The studio provides class options for everyone, from beginners to experienced students.

“We have put together an amazing team of teachers and wellness advisors who will be led by two well-known members of the Denver fitness and wellness community – Tracy Revell, our general manager and Blair Vaughn, our lead teacher,” added Carol.
