Royal Resin Voluntarily Recalls Marijuana Products

A Denver business is voluntarily recalling its marijuana products after mold and yeast was detected in some samples, health officials said.

DENVER, CO — A Denver marijuana business has issued a voluntary recall after health officials found elevated levels of mold and/or yeast counts in the company's products, according to the city's Department of Public Health and Environment.

After receiving a complaint from a consumer, Denver health officials conducted an investigation of Royal Resin's products and discovered potentially unsafe levels of yeast and/or mold in samples of dried marijuana.

Royal Resin, which is licensed under the LLC Royal Asset Management, is recalling the following products:
