US Marshals arrest 4 Texas homicide suspects in Northglenn (montrosepress.com) — Four homicide suspects wanted in Texas were tracked to the greater Denver metro area and arrested in Northglenn by the U.S. Marshals' Denver Metro task force with help from Colorado State Patrol. The joint operation safely took the suspects into custody, recovered a handgun and other evidence, and highlighted how regional and federal partners work together to keep Denver-area communities safer from violent fugitives.

Aurora's Human Trafficking Unit rescued 29 survivors in first year, department says (9news.com) — Aurora's new Human Trafficking Unit has launched 53 investigations, arrested 28 suspects, and rescued 29 survivors in its first year, many of them minors, in cooperation with Metro Denver partners. Residents in the Denver area are urged to report any suspected trafficking victims anonymously to Metro Denver Crime Stoppers, where tips could earn a reward and help protect vulnerable children locally.
