Westminster Memory Care Residents Say Thanks with Cookies

Seniors at Greenridge Place, an Anthem Memory Care community show their gratitude to the staff with Christmas cookies.

For many, the holidays bring back fond memories of baking and decorating cookies. Residents at Greenridge Place, an Anthem Memory Care community, reminisced about Christmas past and thanked the community’s staff with fresh baked treats for the holidays.

“The seniors wanted to do something special to show their love and appreciation of our staff,” said Brooke Kelly, life enrichment director for Greenridge Place. “Having dementia doesn’t diminish their desire to show gratitude especially during the Christmas season. What better way to thank their memory care family than preparing cookie bags for them to share with their families.”

Greenridge Place is located at 7700 W 101s st Ave., Westminster.
