Held at the Eagle County government building with EnergySmart Colorado and Blue Sky Training, the course offers hands-on practice and industry-recognized certification to help residents gain in-demand skills and better-paying jobs.
4. Defending champion takes Vail International Pro Am (vaildaily.com) — The Vail International Pro Am brought 30 elite golf clubs to the Vail Valley this fall, with rounds played at Frost Creek, Eagle Ranch, and Sonnenalp. Defending champion Andrew McCain and his Dellwood Golf Club team from Minnesota took both the professional and team titles, while the long-running event raised funds for youth and health nonprofits in the Colorado Rockies.

Breaking News: Colorado Deer Still Refuse To Look Both Ways (kygo.com) — Drivers around Eagle should be extra cautious this fall, as Colorado State Patrol says wildlife-related crashes spike during migration and mating season, especially along I-70 near town.
