• City Reimagines its Town Hall as a Modern Civic Center (facilitiesnet.com) — Erie has reopened its historic 1906 Town Hall on Holbrook Street as a modern, fully electric civic center that now consolidates key services like Planning, Utilities, and Municipal Court. The renovation preserves the beloved building’s character, adds energy-efficient systems and EV chargers, and brings dispersed town staff back into Old Town to better serve a growing community.

• Erie advances Spring Hill development, hears parade concerns (yellowscene.com) — Erie’s Town Council is advancing the 632-home Spring Hill development while also facing resident pushback over new 90-day permitting rules that threaten this year’s Erie High School senior parade.
