• Commissioners approve additional work to stormwater manual project (mesacounty.us) — Fruita is helping fund an $87,214 update to the Grand Valley stormwater management manual, a key guide developers must follow to reduce flooding risks and protect public safety. Mesa County commissioners just approved extra work for the contractor, including public outreach and training, and residents can review draft chapters and submit comments online.
