Get the benefits of a cardio workout and your favorite yoga moves all in one, 60 minute class. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) targets fast-twitch muscle fibers that yoga does not. Yoga works on mostly slow-twitch fibers, which build stamina and endurance for longer holding. Fast-twitch muscle fibers are what help you get stronger for movement without injury, and give muscles more tone. Get your sweat and your stretch on in one class with Yoga HIIT.
