Cyclist Killed After Wreck With Trans Am Near Littleton
The 18-year-old driver of the sports car struck a 67-year-old cyclist in Southern Jefferson County, the state patrol said.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, CO – A 67-year-old cyclist was killed in southern Jefferson County after he was struck Wednesday by a sports car driven by an 18-year-old, the Colorado State Patrol said.
The accident happened on Coal Mine Avenue near the intersection of Pierce Road, just west of Littleton around 4 p.m. A Pontiac Trans Am hit the cyclist, who was taken to a hospital where he later died.
The cyclist's name was not released.

CSP said alcohol or drugs were not a factor in the crash.
