• Oil spill shuts down Ignacio's main thoroughfare (durangoherald.com) — Ignacio’s main intersection at Goddard Avenue, County Road 151 and Ute Street was shut down for about three hours Monday after roughly 100 gallons of gear oil spilled from a truck. Los Pinos Fire, Ignacio police, Southern Ute agencies, CDOT, town maintenance, and local mechanics all jumped in to contain the spill and keep it out of storm drains.
