• At least 13 people died on Colorado ski slopes in 2025-26 (coloradosun.com) — Two men died at Keystone this past ski season, the only Colorado resort with more than one on-slope fatality, in a winter marked by thin snow and fewer visitors. A 59-year-old skier died of cardiovascular disease on The Grizz, and a 32-year-old snowboarder died from trauma on Lower Go Devil, as statewide ski deaths held steady at 13.
