Armed Group Threatening People In Lakewood Park: Cops
The Lakewood Police Department is investigating a report of armed teens burglarizing vehicles and threatening people at Sister City Park.
LAKEWOOD, CO — A group of teens is suspected of committing several crimes at Sister City Park in Lakewood, police said.
At least three armed teens threatened people at the park at about 12 a.m. Thursday, and investigators said the group may be connected with break-ins in the area.
A man said three suspects with guns tried to attack him and six other people, according to Fox 31. The man and the six others escaped in two vehicles, but left a third behind, which was burglarized.

The description of the suspects was vague — they were wearing hoodies and are believed to be white or light-skinned Hispanic.
The group may be connected to garage break-ins in the neighborhood, police said.
