- Vail Resorts plans to fight the Town of Vail over condemnation of parcel. Vail Resorts is planning to build an affordable housing project on 5 and contribute the rest to open space, but the town's council blasted the company for "dismal" negotiations to relocate the workforce housing away from a local bighorn sheep herd. (CO Sun)
- State Park in Eldorado canyon testing ticketing program. If you're planning to visit Eldorado Canyon this summer, you'll need a reservation on some days. The Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission approved the pilot program on Wednesday. (FOX31)
- Body found in car submerged in South Platte River. Tuesday night a car crashed and flipped into the river just after midnight. The vehicle was traveling southbound on Jason Street and failed to stop at the stop sign at South Platte River Drive. (CBS4)
- In and Out Burgers has a food truck in Colorado. The California burger chain has launched a Cookout Truck in Colorado that brings burgers and side items to events. (9News)
- How donated funds for Marshall Fire victims will be dispersed. Of the $40M that's been donated to Boulder County Community Foundation, plans are forming to dole out most of the money out to help rebuild homes in Louisville, Superior and Boulder County. (Reporting Lab)
