- Winchell's Donut House on Colfax damaged after RV crashes into it. Four people were injured when a recreational vehicle ran smack dab into the doughnut shop at Pierce Street and Colfax Avenue on Monday. (9News.)
- When should you start worrying about not getting your Colorado Cash Back check? Colorado Cash Back checks have been arriving in mailboxes. The governor's office says all checks should be mailed out no later than Sept. 30. (FOX31)
- Western states facing significant cuts in water from the Colorado River. Federal officials will be enforcing water cuts as part of a series of emergency moves to preserve reservoirs that have been impacted by decades of drought. (CPR)
- Dozens of children recovered in sex trade sting in Colorado. It's not something that you want to think about that's happening here in Colorado, but in early August, law enforcement were able to recover 38 people, with an average age of 13, in a sex trafficking operation. (CBS4)
- Tuesday's storm dumped 3.5 inches of rain in some areas. The National Weather service recorded nearly 3.5 inches in nearby Broomfield on Tuesday, as the August monsoons bring lots of rain in short periods of time – causing flooding and closures. (CPR)
