- Driver sentenced in DUI accident of cyclist Gwen Inglis. The hammer came down on Ryan Montoya, who pled guilty to vehicular homicide after killing champion cyclist in May 2021 while driving under the influence of meth. He'll spend 8 years in prison. (9News)

- Metro Denver real estate market cooling, but don't expect prices to drop. The Denver Metro Association of Realtors study indicates that home prices in the metro area have in some instances increased by 41 percent since April 2020.
