  1. Why in the heck are there so many cars being stolen in Colorado? More than 27,000 cars were stolen last year across the state, but figuring out why the numbers have gone up so much – there isn't an easy answer. (CBS4)
  2. CDPHE's permit renewal for the Suncor Refinery exposes the limits of Colorado's environmental laws. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment told the community that Suncor's permit would likely be approved by the agency, before the process had even started. (Westword)
  3. Colorado State trooper narrowly escapes being hit during traffic stop. During a traffic stop on Interstate 25 on Feb. 15, a second vehicle crashed into the car that was pulled over. Check out the video – it's crazy. (Independent TV)
  4. Health officials cautiously optimistic as COVID-19 cases drop. COVID-19 infection rates and hospitalizations continue to fall, and available hospital beds and statewide immunity are rising. (Patch)
  5. Cleaning up Colorado's air goes up in smoke. Environmental groups were hoping Gov. Jared Polis' administration would take on clean-trucking policies this year, but then came the announcement that they're delaying plans to cut pollution from commercial trucks. (CPR)
