  4. Under construction Lakewood townhomes catch fire, burn down. Fire officials believe the fire was caused heat exposure at a group of under-construction townhomes at West 16th Avenue and Routt Street, at around 2 a.m. on Wednesday morning. (9News)
  5. Pepsi signs deal to build largest production facility in the U.S. in Denver. PepsiCo is set to construct the largest U.S. plant near Denver International Airport. This news comes on the heals of a recent $158M sale of their current facility at 38th and Brighton. The also deal includes a $1M incentive from the City of Denver. (CPR)
