1. There's no coordinated set of rules for e-bikes in metro Denver. Each municipality on the Front Range has its own set of rules regarding e-bikes, and you can't even take one on RTD. (Westword)
2. Driving tests in Colorado now available online. The Colorado Department of Motor Vehicles is offering driving tests online. Aspiring drivers can now to take the Driving Knowledge Test as part their first step to get their driver's license. (KKCO)
3. Camping bans for homeless vary across metro Denver. Experts agree that camping bans don't actually work, but some municipalities have instituted them anyway. Aurora is the newest entry with a ban in place, in hopes of curtailing the growing problems associated with homelessness in their city. (PBS)
4. Under construction Lakewood townhomes catch fire, burn down. Fire officials believe the fire was caused heat exposure at a group of under-construction townhomes at West 16th Avenue and Routt Street, at around 2 a.m. on Wednesday morning. (9News)
5. Pepsi signs deal to build largest production facility in the U.S. in Denver. PepsiCo is set to construct the largest U.S. plant near Denver International Airport. This news comes on the heals of a recent $158M sale of their current facility at 38th and Brighton. The also deal includes a $1M incentive from the City of Denver. (CPR)
