  1. Zero Emission plan announced for the Federal Center in Lakewood. The updated energy sources will provide renewable energy to the entire 640 acre campus. (CBS)
  2. Affordable housing for seniors and veterans coming to Lakewood. Archway Communities broke ground on a $25M affordable housing project last week and will include 67 units for seniors and senior veterans. The project is located at 2275 Wadsworth Blvd. (Business Journal)
  3. Colorado's new gas relief fee might be delayed. The new gas fee, which is slated to begin on July 1, was part of a 2020 transportation funding bill. That measure was designed to raise billions of dollars for transportation projects – those increases may be delayed as part of a proposed consumer relief package moving toward passage in the final days of the state legislative session.
