Masterpiece Bakery's owner, Jack Phillips, has lost an appeal in his latest legal dispute over his rejection of a birthday cake to celebrate a gender transition. The Colorado Court of Appeals stated that the pink and blue frosted cake requested from the bakery does not qualify as a form of speech. (FOX31)
  2. Gov. Jared Polis opposes new climate targets in Democrats bill. The bill aims to accelerate the shift to clean energy in the state by changing carbon sequestration and electricity transmission projects permitting process.
