1. Juvenile suspects sought in Lakewood apartment fire that has now been ruled arson. Lakewood Police indicate that arrest warrants had been issued on Monday for two juvenile boys for arson and first-degree murder in the deaths of Kathleen Payton, 31, and 10-year-old Jazmine Payton-Aguayo. (9News)
