3. Gothic Theatre in Englewood goes for $2 million. South Broadway's Gothic Theatre has been purchased by AEG Worldwide. The storied music venue originally opened as a movie theater in the 1920s but been shut down since the mid 1980s when it was purchased in 1998, and the venue has been a player in metro Denver's music scene ever since. 4. Sloans Lake "Up" house goes up for sale for $1 million.
