GRAND JUNCTION, CO -- The Mesa County District Attorney's Office announced that a grand jury indicted the alleged head of the Satan Disciples gang in Grand Junction with 24 counts for a string of crimes allegedly committed by gang members in Grand Junction.

The indictment affidavit describes how Christopher Wilson, also known as "Chris Fafejta," "Foul" or "Fabel" oversaw a group of gang members with nicknames such as "Shaggy," "Little D" and "Whispers" in a series of crimes, many committed as initiation rituals.

The indictment includes charges that Wilson ordered the November, 2016, armed robbery of a Mexican restaurant where alleged gang members allegedly threatened a female employee with a handgun, beat her with the gun and then stole $150 from the register.
