1. Record heat possible for today. Forecasts are calling for record-high temperatures in the metro area today. Temperatures could stay in the 100 degree range for the rest of the week. (FOX31)
2. A six-year-old was found in car after her mom passes out from fentanyl. A mail carrier discovered a found a six-year-old girl in a car after her mom had passed out inside of what turned out to be a stolen car in Wheat Ridge on Saturday. The woman was arrested in a motel parking lot and the girl was picked up by a family member. (7News)
3. Middle-income housing is the buzzword, but will it get built? Colorado's Middle Income Housing Authority aims to pilot the construction of nearly 3,500 units over the next 10 years. Some are skeptical of the plan, since the agency only has $1M on hand to get things rolling. (CPR)
