Jefferson County Elections To Host Live Tour
The public is invited to get an inside look at how local elections operate.
JEFFERSON COUNTY, CO — Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder George Stern and Elections Division staff will host a Live Election Tour July 1.
The public is invited to learn about how staff collect ballots, verify signatures and tabulate results during an election.
The tour will be held during the process of administering the City of Lakewood’s Special Election.

The tour will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder Elections Division, 3500 Illinois Street.
The event will include a tour of the Elections Center and a walk-through of the ballot receiving, signature verification and tabulation processes.
