Lakewood Bank Robbery Suspect Still At Large
Denver's FBI is offering $2,000 for information about the masked man who robbed a Lakewood bank and fled in a stolen car.

LAKEWOOD, CO – Colorado's FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force and the Lakewood police are still seeking the public's help to locate a man who robbed a Lakewood bank last week.
The "takeover" robbery occurred Tuesday, June 12 at the U.S. Bank at 1415 Carr Street around 11:46 a.m. Surveillance video shows a man wearing a hooded jacked, face-covering jacket and gloves leaning on the bank counter and then jumping over the counter. The man fled in a stolen vehicle that was later recovered, police said.
Authorities said the man's race was unknown, but he was about 6'-6'2" tall and "heavy build." The robber showed a handgun, police said.
