Lurching, Stumbling Lakewood Tire Slasher Caught On Video
A male weaves along the sidewalk, then stumbles over to a car and punctures a tire before walking on. Do you recognize him?

LAKEWOOD, CO -- Who slashed tires on 13 cars in Lakewood this week? Police are still trying to figure that out, but a business surveillance video may provide a clue.
Camera footage collected from a Belmar business shows one of the incidents happening at approximately 11:22 p.m. on May 22. Most of the incidents happened near the intersection of West Center Avenue and South Upham Street, Lakewood police said. At first, investigators thought the damage happened between 2-5 a.m., but the video shows an earlier incident.
After a couple passes him on the sidewalk, the video shows what appears to be a male wearing a light colored shirt and dark pants. He appears to be stumbling in a wavering path down the sidewalk. As he passes three cars parked in the Belmar shopping district lot, the man lurches over to one white vehicle and stabs something into the front driver's-side tire. Then he walks quickly away.
