Man Arrested In Connection With Woman's Murder At Lakewood Motel
Jarvis Gates, 38, is accused of kidnapping and murder, Lakewood police said.
LAKEWOOD, CO — A man has been arrested in connection with a homicide at a motel in Lakewood.
Jarvis Gates, 38, faces charges of second-degree kidnapping and murder, Lakewood police said.
Officers were called to the Chalet Motel, at 6051 W. Alameda Ave., around 3:15 a.m. on Saturday. They found the body of 32-year-old Rotasha Pryor-Thomas, police said.

After an investigation was launched, Gates was arrested Tuesday afternoon.
