Man Struck, Injured By Car In Lakewood
All westbound lanes of Colfax were closed Tuesday night while police investigated a crash.
LAKEWOOD, CO — A man was hospitalized Tuesday evening after he was struck by a car in Lakewood, police said. All westbound lanes of Colfax were closed while police investigated.
The man was struck by the vehicle on West Colfax Avenue near Ingalls Street just before 8 p.m., police said. He was taken to the hospital with multiple injuries.
The driver stayed with the pedestrian and cooperated with officers, according to the Lakewood Police Department.

The victim's current condition is unknown, but he is alive, police said.
