Suspected Lakewood Serial Rapist Arrested: Police
Darrell Wall, 49, is accused of luring women into his trailer and sexually assaulting them, the Lakewood Police Department said.

LAKEWOOD, CO — A suspected serial rapist was arrested in Fort Collins last week after an off-duty police officer recognized the suspect's van and trailer, the Lakewood Police Department said. The officer immediately called 911 when she saw the vehicles.
Darrell Wall, 49, was arrested on multiple felony warrants, which included sexual assault and false imprisonment, police said.
Wall is suspected of luring transient and homeless women to his trailer and then sexually assaulting them, according to police.

Wall is widely known to refer to himself as "John," police said. He often frequents areas near 8th and Quail and along Colfax near Wadsworth in Lakewood. If anyone has any information on other possible assaults, they are asked to contact Detective Paisley at 303-987-7025.
