• NTSB Prelim: Tag Aviation PTY LTD Titanium Explorer (aero-news.net) — A recent NTSB preliminary report details a fatal gyrocopter crash near Larkspur, where the aircraft went down in trees after witnesses heard its engine struggling. The pilot later died in the hospital, and investigators note the aircraft had relatively low airframe hours and was not yet due for its next inspection. The gyrocopter has been retained for further examination to determine what went wrong.
