Woman In Critical Condition After Double Shooting in Littleton
A man who was shot an early-morning shooting Tuesday was treated and released, police said.

LITTLETON, CO – UPDATE: Police on Wednesday announced they had made an arrest in the double shooting in a house the 6000 block of Broadway in Littleton. Timothy Alexander Shelton, 22, faces charges of attempted first-degreee homicide, police said in a statement.

A woman shot in the home remains hospitalized in critical condition and a man was released from the hospital after treatment Tuesday, police said.

The shooting happened around 6:26 a.m., in the 6000 block of South Broadway. Police tweeted that the shooter was unknown, but said they did "not feel there is a threat to community." Littleton police were investigating.
No further information was released Tuesday night.

UPDATE: #LittletonShooting from this morning. The #police are not releasing the identities of either victim. One woman remains in critical condition, & a male was release from the hospital earlier today. No further updates are expected this pm, detectives continue to investigate.
