Littleton Coronavirus Update: 329 New Cases

Here are the latest COVID-19 numbers in Littleton.

LITTLETON, CO — More than 1,700 cases of the coronavirus have been reported in Littleton since Feb. 13, public health data shows.

Over the past two weeks, 329 new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in the city, according to the Tri-County Health Department and Jeffco Public Health. At least five people have died from the virus in Littleton over the past two weeks, and 39 have died since the outbreak began, the data shows.

  • Arapahoe County: 33, 292; 503 deaths
  • Jefferson County: 25,931; 552 deaths
  • Douglas County: 13,620; 146 deaths

Colorado received its first shipment of the Pfizer vaccine on Monday morning, and some front-line health care workers have already received their first dose of the vaccination.

Littleton Adventist Hospital is set to receive 600 doses of the Pfizer vaccine this week.

Arapahoe, Jefferson and Douglas counties are all under 'Level Red - Severe Risk' on the statewide COVID-19 dial, and indoor dining is not permitted in restaurants. The restrictions also include a last call for alcohol at 8 p.m.

Between Sunday afternoon and Monday afternoon, 2,557 new cases of the coronavirus were reported in Colorado, according to public health data.

As of Monday, 291,104 people had been infected with the coronavirus in the state among 1,968,889 people who have been tested since the outbreak began, health officials confirmed. Around 16,174 people have been hospitalized, and the death toll has reached 3,086.
