While the project supports national defense, it also represents long-term, high-tech work and federal dollars flowing directly into the Littleton economy over the next decade.
   

4. Air Force Awards Ophir Corp. $34.6M to Support B-2 Stealth Bombers (clearancejobs.com) — Federal contract filings confirm that Littleton's Ophir Corp. has been awarded a $34.6 million sole-source deal to repair the B-2 Pilot Alert System through 2036. The long-term project, performed in Littleton, underscores the city's role in high-tech defense work and could help sustain specialized local jobs tied to military aerospace support.
