• Costco-anchored development to boost Littleton's economy (9news.com) — A massive new Costco-anchored development is moving forward at the former Lumen Technologies campus at Mineral Avenue and Broadway, which Littleton leaders call the city's biggest project in decades. The Mineral Place project will add a 159,000-square-foot Costco, additional retail, and a 370-unit apartment complex, promising new jobs, housing options, and a stronger tax base for Littleton residents.
